We are hosting a Diasporas Stories Night, an event to discuss the complex and intersectional identities involved in being part of a diaspora. Now more than ever, we need to have solidarity as a campus. Considering the latest attacks on immigrant groups in the United States, we want to create a space to both celebrate and advocate for diaspora stories. Four panelists from our campus community will present their experiences of being part of a diaspora. After the presenter introductions, a Q&A session will be offered, allowing the audience to engage with the presenters and connect. Food and refreshments will be offered by RSVP.
