This immersive workshop, led by David Pole, PhD, MPH, and open to students from all academic concentrations, develops skills and practices for effective collaboration and teamwork. Participants will apply principles of trauma-informed care, bias awareness, identity formation, and team development in healthcare and community settings. Grounded in Soka University’s values of global citizenship and humanism, the program engages students in activities and discussions that strengthen communication, foster ethical leadership, and promote mutual respect, shared purpose, and human dignity. Participants who attend all sessions & complete RATE assignments will receive a Professional Development Certificate & LinkedIn badge
