🌟 B2B Spring Leadership Circle Application Prep + Info Session

Step into an eight-week leadership experience built for students who want to grow, serve, and lead with integrity. A cohort of ten will explore what effective leadership looks like today—through self-reflection, collaboration, and building the emotional intelligence essential for the high-tech world emerging around us. You’ll practice navigating real leadership challenges, communicating across cultures, and making thoughtful decisions under pressure.

The Leadership Team + travel experience leads to three major outcomes:

1) You’ll learn how to build a powerful professional network—developing the confidence and high-level networking skills that open doors long after graduation.

2) You’ll work as a team to design and deliver the Spring Break Business Bootcamp in Seattle and Tacoma, visiting companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce, and the Gates Foundation while meeting innovators and early-stage founders.

3) You’ll “pay it forward” by producing an event for the Soka community, sharing the insights and wisdom you’ve gained.
