  • STUDENT Special Request Form

Make a Student Special Shuttle Request Here

While students may submit special shuttle requests for destinations within 5 mile radius of campus to purchase food, medicine, and personal items, trip requests to other restaurants, specialty shops, or other destinations will be limited. Our priority for special shuttle requests will be supporting students' doctor/medical visits. We will try to accommodate recreational activities as much as possible.

Please remember to submit your request 48 hours in advance. These requests are on a first come first serve basis. We will need 2 hours minimum in between drop-off and pick-up times so we are able to do our regular routes. Requests will only be approved during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday-Friday. Any requests for the weekend should be submitted by Friday noon.

    Beach trips:

    • Drop-offs will only be to Laguna Beach at the corner of Ocean and Beach (across from Gorjana - 190 Beach St, Laguna Beach, CA 92651) or
    • Salt Creek Beach (33333 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Dana Point, CA 92629)
  • STAFF Special Request Form

Make a Staff Special Shuttle Request Here

Shuttle Services main priority is to maintain its regular shuttle route for our students. When possible, we will accommodate and support staff special requests. Staff Special requests must be submitted 10 business days in advance. The request must be within a 2 hour travel radius of campus, which includes Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, San Bernardino, and San Diego. For trips outside that range or trips to the mountains (Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, etc.) please seek alternate transportation. Requests will only be reviewed/approved during normal business hours (9am-5pm) Monday - Friday.

Revision (Sept 2023): Due to limited staffing issues, we will most likely not be able to support weekend requests unless they are within 5 mile radius.

  • STUDENT ORG Off Campus Event Request

Shuttle Services main priority is to maintain its regular shuttle route for our students on campus. When possible, we will accommodate and support a student organization's transportation request for an off-campus event. However, this heavily depends on availability of our shuttle drivers and how the request will impact our regular shuttle service. Off campus event requests must be submitted 10 business days in advance. We DO NOT do drop-offs/pick-ups at LAX.

Please read about Off-Campus Event Request Process and submit a Student Org Event Request Form linked on their page.
