The goal of this workshop is to help students strengthen their leadership abilities to engage in constructive dialogue with people who have different opinions, cultures, and perspectives. In a diverse university campus and society, we encounter a wide range of cultures and viewpoints. This workshop aims to help students approach these moments constructively and deepen their understanding of others.
