Interested in holding an event or activity for your student organization or for the campus community? Here are the tools and resources we offer to make your vision a reality.


Before your start planning for your event:

Please make sure you are apart of a recognized Student Organization!

Begin by completing the Pre-Event Information & Agreement Form, which outlines all the essential policies, procedures, and expectations for hosting an event on campus; think of it as your foundation for success.

Next, fill out the Student Event Request Form, where you’ll share the key logistical details of your event, like the date, venue, and any special needs such as AV equipment or facilities support. To make submission easy, gather your event details beforehand, be thorough and clear in your responses, and consider saving a draft of your answers to avoid losing your work. Submitting this form early will streamline the planning process and help avoid last-minute hiccups.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the next steps to bring your event to life!

Pre-Event Information & Agreement Form

Read through the offerings and privileges available to put your event together as well as the policies and responsibilities you must work within.

Your Event Request Form will not be considered without completing the Pre-Event Information and Agreement Form.

Student Event Request Form

The official form for requesting to host an event on campus. Please submit this form at least 10 business days (or 2 weeks) before your event date, so be sure to plan accordingly!
